The Sheriff’s Request Reports route publishes incident reports at $2 and crash reports at $4. Those prices do not set a booking-record or booking-photo charge. For a specific existing item, identify the person and approximate booking or arrest date, ask for the office's appropriate intake method, and request any estimate or lawful release determination.
For criminal case files and outcomes, contact the Clerk of Courts rather than relying on a custody roster.

The Clerk lists paper copies at 10 cents per page plus actual postage. When a request is not already resolved, its policy calls for a written acknowledgement within three business days. Ohio's Public Records Act, ORC 149.43, governs prompt inspection and copies at cost, subject to lawful exemptions and redactions.
